• Audio recordings: If you use My Voice, your recordings are stored for app functionality. If cloud sync is introduced later, this policy will be updated accordingly.
• Usage and diagnostic data: We may collect limited usage information such as sessions played, features used, app performance data, and crash diagnostics, if enabled.
• Subscription status: If you purchase a subscription, Apple or Google handles payment processing. We may receive information about your subscription status, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
• Support communications: If you contact support, we receive the information you send us, such as your email address and message content.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide app functionality
• enable playback, playlists, and offline availability
• maintain and improve reliability and performance
• respond to customer support requests
• understand feature usage and improve the product

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, subscription infrastructure, and content delivery services.

5. Offline Availability

If you mark supported audio as available offline, the app stores a private cached copy within app storage for in-app use only. These files are not provided as user-downloadable exports.

6. Data Retention

• Recordings remain available until you delete them in the app, subject to how the feature is implemented.
• Diagnostic and analytics data, if collected, may be retained for a limited period as needed for reliability, security, and product improvement.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

ZeroEntropy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Choices

Depending on how the app is configured, you may be able to:

• delete your recordings in the app
• manage subscription status through Apple or Google
• limit certain analytics or diagnostics settings, if available
• contact us with privacy-related questions
